It’s your opportunity to tell your story and give your customers the information they need so they don’t fill in the gaps later with misinformation they’ve heard on TV or on social media.
Be a resource for your customers. Communicate with them from a perspective of empathy. What matters most to them. Humanize your team. We understand the value and extreme importance of these reports, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make it, dare we say, enjoyable to read!
